Porch Rockin B&B is available for intimate events such as wedding ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, morning after brunch, baby and bridal showers, birthdays, graduations and anniversary get togethers.The entire property is yours for a weekend. Bring in your own caterer and all that goes with setting up a memorable occasion. If you are interested we can provide a selection of menus and options from  a wonderful caterer and chef Scott Zurst ( owner of Chicken Fats food truck)  A fun addition to consider is the food truck on site for the cocktail hour as a nice social aspect as guests move around. Cost determined by Event with the caterer.

The house is fully equipped with additional kitchen space for caterers if needed. We hand over the property to you for your special weekend and only should you need us, consider this your home and venue away from home- Welcome!

Entire house ( sleeps 13 total) for a 2 night minimum 

Pricing for events:

Guests 0-50 Friday - Sunday $5,000 plus tax 12% and cleaning fee of $400. Total cost $6000.

Checking in at 11am and checking out at 4pm

Guests 50-100 Friday. Sunday $7,500 plus 12% tax and cleaning fees $400. Total cost $8,800.

Additional day can be added at $500.

Event items such as a tent, outdoor rest room trailer, place settings, high top/low tables, linens and glassware are the responsibility of the guests holding the Event.If working with an Event planner they will co-ordinate all of this for you.

The house has seating for 20 people inside with additional seating outdoors for 36 plus.

Plenty of available areas for set up out doors with power access available.

Additional liability insurance must be attained by you for gatherings  of over 70 guests if serving alcohol.

We have limited parking and request the guests consider providing transportation to and from the Event for their event.
